ANALISA DAN OPTIMALISASI CAKUPAN AREA JARINGAN 4G LTE MENGGUNAKAN PHYSICAL TUNING

Abstract

Problems experienced by data users generally are weak internet data connection less than 100 Kbps and 4G signal performance less than -100 dBm. Weak Internet data connection is not only caused by poor signal quality, but is caused by several factors, one of which is the increasing number of users in one sector of BTS and the area surrounded by tall buildings, as in the case of Cluster Central Garden Citra Grand Cibubur. Optimization is done, starting from analyzing the location of complain and location of BTS covering the area, do walktest on location untik know the value of parameters RSRP, RSRQ, SINR and Throughput. Create tilting antenna design to repair bad network and extend signal range. The results achieved in this research is the increased coverage of the previous 4G LTE network coverage area -100 dBm to range -90 to -80 dBm and increased speed in download uploads that previously only 41.6 Kbps for download and 30.3 Kbps upload, after optimization download upload speed changed to 5.19 Mbps for download and 610 Kbps for upload on optimization area.
