RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM SERVICE DENGAN NOTIFIKASI BERBASIS ANDROID KASUS PADA : PT. SATO LABEL SOLUTIONS

Abstract

Queue is a situation where an individual must wait for his turn to get service. The queue services arise because of the large number of individuals who need services at the same time. The queuing system used in PT Sato Label Solutions is still manual, thus the customer does not get the queue number, and the checking information from the technician is fairly long. The purpose of this problem is to provide ease of information to the customer about the queue and the result of damage in real time by using android device notification.In this research method of data retrieval is done by observation, interview, documentation. Software development method in this research using Sequential Linear method of prototype model using UML (Unifield Modeling Language) modeling. While the application used in this research is Android Studio.In this final task research application is made based on android, the results achieved in this research is the utilization of notification to facilitate the user get information repair quickly, delivery of information damage with notification in real time can facilitate for technical in reporting to customer.
